乾物女:「常說梨可以生津潤燥,所以秋天開始我就每天吃一個,但最近總是腹瀉,我是否不適合吃梨呢?」

CheckCheckCin:從中醫角度來看,梨性寒,有生津潤燥、清熱止咳化痰的功效,適合在乾燥的秋天食用,有紓緩秋燥的作用,但也要配合個人體質,如果本身體質偏熱,例如有面紅耳赤、口乾、喉嚨痛、便秘、暗瘡、口瘡等症狀,吃梨就能起平衡作用;但如果體質偏寒,有怕冷、臉色蒼白、手腳冰冷、大便稀爛等症狀,或者脾胃虛弱、胃酸較多、患上風寒感冒人士均不宜多吃,月經期間也要避免進食。
飲食講求平衡,秋天除了吃梨,也可以進食蘋果、葡萄、無花果等屬性較平和的水果,同樣有生津潤燥功效。

適合秋天吃的水果:
寒性–梨、杮子、枇杷
平性–蘋果、葡萄、無花果
熱性–石榴
